Our products are handmade. Custom sneakers are hand-painted and made to order; apparel pieces are handcrafted, often from reclaimed or pre-loved fabrics, and many are one of a kind. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in color, brushwork, fabric pattern, stitching and placement from the images shown on our website are normal and part of the uniqueness of every piece. Apparel made from reclaimed materials may show subtle signs of previous use, which are part of its character. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen.
When you submit a personalized or custom design request (including names, dates, images or artwork), you confirm that you own or have permission to use that content, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights, including trademarks and copyrights. We reserve the right to refuse any design request that we consider offensive, unlawful or infringing.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise displayed in your local currency at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.
4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping times, costs, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
